he base flip flops are manufactured using the Brazilian sizing and we have have matched the US size to that. Historically we have found that there can be slight variations in individual pairs and these size variations can also occur over time. We have introduced our unique size guide to ensure as best as possible the perfect fit and to ensure these variation anomalies are addressed. The colors represented on screen can be slightly different from the actual color but any variation should be minor.

We are confident you will love your Dini’s…but should you need to return or exchange them, you will have 30 days from the day they arrive provided they are not worn, and are complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All exchanges and returns are fulfilled once we have received the returned goods and completed an inspection. Please email returns@DinisLA.com to coordinate any return.
All of Dini’s jewelled flip-flops are handmade to order with our in-house designed jewellery and embellishments or genuine Swarovski crystals and of course the finest Brazilian sandals. We aim to ship your order within 4 business days. If there is any delay we will notify you via email. If we are out of stock of an item we will advise on the anticipated timing for delivery but will also propose alternates so that you can have your new Dini’s as soon as possible!
