HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is easy, simply follow these steps:

      • Shop by browsing through any of our product categories where you can then select and view each individual item within the category.
      • To purchase select the size of the Dini’s you like and then click on the “ADD TO BAG” button.
      • Once you have made all your selections you can review the items you have selected by clicking on the “My Shopping Bag“. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the “REMOVE” button next to the item.
      • To finalise your purchases, “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” and follow the instructions.

If you are interested in an item which is not available to purchase online, you can email us at sales@DinisLA.com with the style, size, color and embellishment that you would like and we will take it from there!

CAN YOU HELP WITH THE SIZING?

The sizes noted on the web site are US ones but we have a more detailed guide available by clicking on the “Size Guide” on the home screen. This shows the brazilian sizes, the basis on which the base flip flops are manufactured, as well as the physical measurement of your foot from heel to big toe. There is also a handy printout to get that measurement exact – a unique Dini’s tool.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER ON THE WEBSITE?

You do not need to create an account to make a purchase. However, we recommend that you do to enjoy the benefits of managing your account which includes organising your payment and address details, reviewing your order history and being provided with the latest offers and opportunities from Dini’s.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

Please click on the “Lost your password?” link on the “Sign in or Register” page and follow the instructions.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE MY PRIVACY

We will treat all the information you share with us as private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.

In order to register with Dini’s you are required to let us know your name and email address. To place an order we will require your billing address, delivery address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary these details may be used to verify your order.

We may use your contact details to keep you informed of our latest offerings and opportunities.

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

We sell gift vouchers in various denominations and these can be purchased by clicking here.

DO YOU OFFER A REPAIR SERVICE?

At Dini’s we are proud of hand embellished products that go through a strict quality control procedure before they are sent out. If however you find that in the future the embellishment works lose or is lost then just return your Dini’s to us and we will repair the item free of charge.

HOW DO YOU CARE FOR YOUR DINI'S?

The best way to keep your Dini’s sparkling clean is to wipe them down with a damp cloth every now and again. Also, with a bit of soap and a cloth you can get out most scuffs. You can shine up your embellishments with a dry toothbrush and a little elbow grease. Enjoy the fresh clean feel of slipping your Dini’s on everyday!
